Called-in s.73 and Extending the Season applications
Our Extending the Season initiative has resulted in a number of 's.73' and other planning applications being submitted to the Council.
This webpage is concerned with the three planning applications that were 'called-in' by the Secretary of State in October 2020 for his own determination. An Inspector, Mr I Jenkins BSC CENG MICE MCIWEM, appointed by the Minister has conducted a virtual Inquiry and will now make recommendations to the Minister.
The Inquiry opened on Tuesday 4 May and closed on Friday 14 May 2021. The Inquiry is now closed and no further documents may be submitted.

The Inquiry Library in the boxes below sets out all of the documents that were provided to and submitted to the Inquiry whilst it sat. They are grouped into categories and include, for example, Core Documents (CDs), Application documents, Secretary of State call-in correspondence, PINS documents, Statements of Case and Proofs of Evidence. Where composite documents were submitted which addressed all three applications in one, they are for convenience available in each of the three application boxes (A, B & C) retaining the same, single reference number(s).
