Parliamentary Election (General)

At a UK Parliamentary election, the country is divided into electoral areas called constituencies. Each constituency has its own MP. In the East Lindsey area, there are three Parliamentary Constituencies Boston & Skegness Constituency, Gainsborough Constituency and Louth & Horncastle Constituency.

The Acting Returning Officer of East Lindsey District Council is responsible for the election for the Louth & Horncastle Constituency.  The majority of the East Lindsey area is within this constituency except for the areas identified below.

Inspection of Parliamentary Returns as to Election Expenses

The returns and declarations as to election expenses of the candidates and election agents at the Parliamentary election held on Thursday 12 December 2019 for the Louth & Horncastle constituency may be inspected at East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth LN11 8UP during office hours except public holidays.
