Town & Parish Election
The District of East Lindsey is divided into 203 Parishes of which 137 Parishes are large enough to have their own Parish Councillors. The remaining Parishes hold regular Parish Meetings.
Each Town or Parish Council elects a number of Councillors to represent their local community.
The Returning Officer for East Lindsey District Council is responsible for the organisation and administration of the election for those seats on behalf of the Parish Councils.
If you are interested in becoming a Councillor, there will be an open briefing for Prospective Candidates on Wednesday 27 February 2019 at 5.30pm in the Council Chambers at the East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth, LN11 8UP. The briefing will provide information on the election process.
If you would like more information please contact Sue Brewitt, Elections Officer on 01507 601111 or firstname.lastname@example.org
