Seasonal Business Opportunities in Skegness & Mablethorpe for 2020
We have a number sites which are available for the 2020 season on the Foreshore at Skegness and Mablethorpe. These offer an exciting opportunity to provide a new entertainment experience for our residents and visitors.
The Council seeks expressions of interest for the following opportunities for the 2020 season only:
130/2510 - Queen's Park Boating Lake
An opportunity to operate boats & water craft for hire. All equipment must be ADIPS certified and provided by the incoming tenant. Kiosk/store use are included.
130/1775 - Hardstanding, Central Promenade
Concrete surfaced site, adjacent to the Bucket & Spade Cafe for hire. Approximate size 40m x 9m. No services. May suit a variety of mobile entertainment uses subject to planning permission and approvals. Strictly no food/drink or catering.
140/1207 - Lawn, off Tower Esplanade, Skegness
Prominent site on the Foreshore, approximate size. 0.75acre/3035sqm lawn area adjacent to the main foreshore car park, public conveniences and central foreshore area. Previously in 2018 this site was used by the big wheel attraction, this would suit the same or similar leisure/entertainment use.
140/2601 - Former Crazy Golf, South Parade
Approximate size 2,800sqm/0.69acre. Would suit same or similar leisure type use subject to planning permission and approvals.
140/2585 - Former Kiddies Corner, South Parade,Skegness
Situated between the crazy golf course and former South Parade bowling greens. Approximate size 2300sqm/0.56acre. Suitable for a variety of potential uses subject to planning permission and approvals.
140/2576 Kiosk 3, R/O Embassy Pool, Tower Esplanade
Kiosk approximately 14.8sqm previously used for hot & cold food sales.
