Seasonal Business Opportunities in Skegness & Mablethorpe for 2020

We have a number sites which are available for the 2020 season on the Foreshore at Skegness and Mablethorpe. These offer an exciting opportunity to provide a new entertainment experience for our residents and visitors.

The Council seeks expressions of interest for the following opportunities for the 2020 season only:

Mablethorpe

130/2510 - Queen's Park Boating Lake
An opportunity to operate boats & water craft for hire.  All equipment must be ADIPS certified and provided by the incoming tenant.  Kiosk/store use are included.

130/1775 - Hardstanding, Central Promenade
Concrete surfaced site, adjacent to the Bucket & Spade Cafe for hire.  Approximate size 40m x 9m.  No services.  May suit a variety of mobile entertainment uses subject to planning permission and approvals.  Strictly no food/drink or catering.

Skegness
