Anglian Water Update - Sewer Cleaning

Anglian Water will be undertaking work to clean the sewer pipes in Wainfleet this week, now the flood water has subsided.
Work will begin work on Wednesday this week (26 June) to flush the sewer pipes around the village to remove any debris or silt left behind by the flood water. The work should be completed by the weekend. Residents can use all their facilities as normal
Work will be undertaken on the following roads, meaning temporary traffic lights will be in place in some locations:
- Spilsby Road (B1195) - South of Wainfleet Relief Channel bridge to junction with Brewster Lane / High Street
- Croft Lane - South of Wainfleet Relief Channel bridge to just South of Mill Close
- Hastings Drive
- Brewsters Lane - Hastings Drive to bend
- Matt Pitts Lane
- Low Road - From Vicarage Lane to St Michaels Lane
