EAST Lindsey District Council's Executive Board have agreed the adoption of the Skegness Foreshore Masterplan and Design Code. At the same meeting the Executive Board agreed an initial investment of £300,000 to improve Tower Esplanade, as the main access gateway to the Foreshore.
