Our Manby Headquarters does not provide the services that are available at a Community Access Point, however, it is the location for many of our meetings.  The address if you wish to attend a public meeting at Manby is Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth,  Lincolnshire, LN11 8UP.

Compliments, Complaints & Feedback

We are going through a period of significant change.  Part of this change means we need to review the way we do some things. We are currently reviewing our Customer Charter.  As such, our Customer Charter is not available to view online at present.

The Council Access Point at the Horncastle Library will not be open on the afternoon of Monday Oct 14th, after 12.15pm. A self-serve ELDC Kiosk and a direct link phone are available within the Library, or try the East Lindsey web-site.
The Council Access Point at the Louth Town Hall will not be open on the afternoon of Monday Oct 14th, after 12.30pm. Contact with ELDC can be made on 01507 601111 or via this Web-site.
The Council Access Point at the Skegness Town Hall will not be open on the afternoon of Monday Oct 14th, after 12 noon. A self-serve ELDC Direct Phone is available in the main foyer.

We may also block users without explanation if our guidelines are breached.
