If this is the case your request will remain open and we will respond to you with any other information requested as soon as we can.
No formal acknowledgment will be sent but you should receive an automated reply from our inbox.
All requests must be made in writing and must state the requestors name and correspondence details. You can use our request form or simply put your request in a letter or email.
If your request relates to Children's Services, Schools, Adult Social Care or Highways (including Potholes) then please refer your request directly to Lincolnshire County Council, who can be contacted at email@example.com

Your request will be responded to within the statutory timescale of 20 working days unless we write informing you otherwise.
Under the Act we are able to charge, but you will be informed of any charges before you receive the information.
The Act requires that we produce a Publication Scheme which sets out the categories of information we publish, the manner in which it is published and details of any charges for accessing the information. We are currently updating our Publication Scheme and this will be available shortly.
We have also produced disclosure logs for 2017/18 and 2018/19 in relation to requests under the Freedom of Information Act.
