Have Your Say

We are committed to listening to and learning from people who live, work and spend time in our District.
We welcome petitions and recognise that they are an opportunity for you to make us aware of your concerns. We will acknowledge all petitions within ten days of receipt.
Have you got something to say to us? We welcome your feedback on the services that we run.
At each full Council meeting there is an opportunity for you to ask questions. Here we explain the process for asking questions.
We will adopt a 'You Said, We Listened' approach to public engagement
Our Public Engagement Charter says that we will publish annually how public feedback has influenced or changed the way we deliver our services.
Any Councillor may submit a request for a Councillor Call for Action (CCfA) in accordance with the provisions set out in the Council Constitution. The expectation is that the CCfA will only be initiated when all other options have been exhausted and the CCfA will be a means of a last resort.
