Parking Permits

If you use our car parks on a regular basis a parking permit will significantly reduce the cost of parking throughout East Lindsey and offer the best value for money.

Our Parking Permit Scheme includes a range of town specific permits, making it more flexible for motorists.  Please see the Icon for pdf Parking Permit Information Form [56.64KB] for car parks covered under the scheme and our current prices.

To apply for an off-street parking permit, you can:

  • On line - Please visit to apply and pay online.  If you would like to add an additional vehicle registration at the time of application, please enter both registrations in the box provided.  If you require a receipt for your card transaction, please email or telephone 01507 613559.
  • Telephone us on 01507 613559 to request a form.
  • Post - For permits that will start on or after 01/04/18 please print of and complete the Icon for pdf Parking Permit Application 2018/19 [56.64KB] and send in with your payment.

When using a parking permit, it should be clearly displayed at all times, in the windscreen of the vehicle.  Vehicles must be parked within a single marked bay.  If you are unable to locate a bay, then alternative parking should be found.

Any vehicle that is parked in contravention of the regulations will be issued with an Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).  We reserve the right to cancel a permit that is being misused, change the specified car parks and provide alternative arrangements as necessary.  We do not accept liability for loss from, or damage to, any motor vehicle however caused.

* The information you provide to East Lindsey District Council will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other legislation in order to enable us to process your car parking permit application.  This information may be legitimately shared with other Council departments or third parties in circumstances where we are permitted or required to do so for example to detect or prevent fraud and to protect public funds.

Your information will be stored securely and only held for as long as necessary to allow us to fulfil our duties and be compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.
