Public Open Spaces

EAST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCILLOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT

1972 SECTION 123(2A)

Notice is hereby given that East Lindsey District Council intends to dispose of the following two areas of open space:

- Recreation area and Children's Play Area, Amos Way, Sibsey and;

- Open grassed area situated east of Sibsey village centre off Church Walk and Harvester Way, Sibsey Lincolnshire.

The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which a public notice of the intended disposal must be given.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:-

East Lindsey District Council, The Hub Mareham Road Horncastle Lincolnshire LN9 6PH

Objections must be received no later than 12.00 noon on 31st May 2025
