Holton le Clay & Tetney Neighbourhood Development Plan
Early in 2011, the Department of Communities and Local Government asked Councils to trial the new Neighbourhood Planning process ahead of the Localism Bill becoming an Act of Parliament.
We submitted a bid for the £20,000 and were successful to pilot Neighbourhood Development Plans (NDP) covering Holton le Clay and Tetney.
This existing project, the first in East Lindsey, is being driven by the community with support from our officers in an advisory and supporting role. The two Parish Councils of Tetney and Holton le Clay have established a Steering Group and we are working together to set out a plan to establish the general planning policies and land use allocations for the development in our area.
Strategic Environmental Assessment Screening Report
We have carried out Screening Opinions on the Holton le Clay and Tetney Neighbourhood Development Plans to determine if Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) are needed. Submission Plan Consultation
The Holton le Clay Neighbourhood Plan Area application has been submitted for consultation. The consultation will run for a 6 week period ending 26th April 2018 before being reviewed by an independant examiner.
