Local Plan Review
The National Planning Policy Framework requires a Local Plan to be reviewed every 5 years. The East Lindsey Local Plan is currently being reviewed.
An Issues and Options consultation under Regulation 18 was carried out in 2021/22. At the same time local landowners were asked to put forwards any sites they wanted considering as possible development sites.
Various background evidence documents have been updated.
