Previous Local Plan 1995

The East Lindsey Local Plan (ELLP) was originally adopted in 1995. It contains two parts. Part 1 contains the policies and the supporting text and part 2 contains various maps of the settlements. There is also an index to help you locate the correct map. The Local Plan guides development in the District.

The policies and text were updated in 1999 via a formal amendment.

The Planning Policy Team is currently working on the replacement for the ELLP. The replacement is called the Local Plan .

As a result of this, some of the policies were saved and some were removed in 2007. You can download the part 1 of the current ELLP, which contains the saved policies, and part 2 below.
